On the official letterhead of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian army. A fragment of the end of the letter (1/2 pages 3-4) is cut off.The letter deals with the organization of the movement of Cossack units and refugees from the island of Lemnos to Bulgaria and Serbia, the difficulties encountered in this connection, and the opposition of the French troops responsible for the transfer of the Cossacks.The letter has historical and cultural value as a unique source of the era for studying the history of the White movement.Provenance: G.A. В письме речь идёт об организации перемещении казачьих частей и беженцев с острова Лемнос в Болгарию и Сербию, о трудностях, с которыми в этой связи пришлось столкнуться, о противодействиях французских войск, ответственных за переброску казаков.
