VAN HAM Kunstauktionen
1959 gründete die Kunsthistorikerin Carola van Ham in ihrer Heimatstadt Köln das Auktionshaus »Kunsthaus am Museum«. Als erste Auktionatorin Europas führte sie die Firma mit Optimismus, Geschäftssinn und fundierten kunsthistorischen Kenntnissen schnell in die Spitzengruppe deutscher Auktionshäuser. 1996 übernahm ihr Sohn Markus Eisenbeis die Geschäfte. Heute beschäftigt VAN HAM rund 60 Mitarbeiter. Jährlich finden etwa 18 internationale Auktionen und 35 Online-Auktionen in folgenden Bereichen statt: Modern, Post War & Contemporary, Fine Art, Decorative Art und Fine Jewels & Watches. Die engagierten Expertenteams sind bei Kunden im In- und Ausland hochgeschätzt.
In 1959 the art historian Carola van Ham founded the auction house "Kunsthaus am Museum" in her hometown of Cologne. As the first female auctioneer in Europe, she quickly led the company, with optimism, business acumen and in-depth knowledge of art history, into the top group of German auction houses. In 1996 her son Markus Eisenbeis took over the business. Today VAN HAM employs around 60 people. Every year about 18 international auctions and 35 online auctions take place in the following areas: Modern, Post War & Contemporary, Fine Art, Decorative Art and Fine Jewels & Watches.
